How to make a Complaint
If you wish to complain to us about how we have handled your personal information, you should complain in writing. We will confirm receipt of your complaint and then deal with your complaint through our complaints handling procedure. Our response will be provided within a reasonable period of time and determine what action (if any) we should take to resolve the complaint.
